Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multisite Maintenance Manager to oversee two or more apartment communities, directing a service team to maintain exceptional move-in readiness and resident satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on maintenance leadership, coordination with the Community Manager, and ensuring safety and compliance across the site. A CPO is required in select states, with weekend/on-call coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on general service maintenance experience required.
• Residential or commercial property management, hospitality, or retail experience required.
• EPA Section 608 Type I and Type II or Universal certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire if required based on the needs of the community.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation if operating a vehicle during workday.
• Computer literacy and ability to communicate in English for work.
• Must be able to work any assigned shift, including weekends; on-call responsibilities apply.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) required in Georgia, Florida, Los Angeles, and North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Lead the multisite maintenance team for two or more Vivmark Residential apartment communities.
• Oversee general maintenance, including inspections, repairs and scheduled maintenance of interiors and exteriors.
• Direct a team of service professionals to ensure the community is in excellent condition for residents.
• Manage service requests, delegate tasks, supervise and direct the department's work.
• Maintain open communication with the Property Manager, staff and residents.
• Prepare or assist in making market-ready apartments.
