Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multisite Senior Maintenance Technician to support two or more apartment communities. You will deliver on resident commitments, lead as needed, and manage service requests with a focus on safety and quality of workmanship.

Responsibilities include hands-on maintenance, preparing units, and supervising tasks when the Service Manager is unavailable. A strong work ethic and professional conduct are required.

Formación

• Three years of hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• EPA and/or CPO certifications may be required in certain states.

Responsabilidades

• Address resident service requests promptly.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Prep market-ready apartments and maintain grounds.
• On-call emergency service as needed.
• Assist in safety and training programs.
