Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multisite Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across two or more apartment communities. You will respond to resident requests, complete make-ready work, and perform common area maintenance while upholding our service standards.

This role requires hands-on maintenance skills, the ability to troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and appliances, and the flexibility to work weekends and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on general service maintenance experience required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC equipment (if applicable), and perform interior repairs and painting.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation is required if the employee will operate a motorized vehicle.
• Computer literacy, and must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing in English for all work-related purposes.
• Must be able to work any assigned shift, including weekends.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies after normal business hours and on weekends when assigned on-call responsibilities.
• Personal smartphone with updated software for job-related tasks and secure access.
• Ability to perform physical activities including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all market-ready apartments.
• Responds to resident service requests and concerns promptly.
• Performs maintenance functions as needed.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; keeps free of trash and debris.
• Performs on-call emergency service as required.
• Performs special maintenance projects as assigned.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Service Manager.
• Follows federal/state housing laws and internal policies.
• Attends training programs and represents the company professionally.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
