Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multisite Maintenance Technician to support two or more communities, ensuring move-in readiness and exceptional resident service. The role includes responding to service requests, performing make-ready work, and maintaining common areas with a strong emphasis on safety and professionalism.

The position requires hands-on maintenance experience, basic plumbing/electrical skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Hands-on general service maintenance experience.
• Able to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC if applicable, and perform interior repairs/painting.
• High School diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supports maintenance for multiple apartment communities and handles resident service requests.
• Prepares market-ready apartments and responds to concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, and performs on-call emergency service as required.
• Performs scheduled maintenance and reports issues to the Service Manager.
• Represents the company professionally and adheres to policies and security requirements.
