Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multisite Senior Maintenance Technician to lead maintenance across two or more apartment communities. You will handle plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, ensure market-ready units, and uphold safety and HOA standards.

The role requires at least three years of hands-on maintenance experience, EPA/CPO certifications where applicable, and a valid driver's license. Physical requirements and on-call shifts are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC).
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for motorized-vehicle work.
• EPA certification required in some states; CPO certification preferred in specified regions.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests promptly and perform hands-on maintenance tasks.
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain grounds and common areas.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and perform special maintenance projects.
• Establish and execute scheduled maintenance programs for each community.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and report maintenance concerns to the Service Manager.
