Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multisite Maintenance Technician to support maintenance at two or more Vivmark communities. You will respond to resident requests, perform make-readies, and maintain common areas with a focus on exceptional service and professionalism.

You will manage on-call emergencies, complete scheduled maintenance, and ensure compliance with housing regulations. A high school diploma and hands-on maintenance experience are required, with weekend shifts and reliable

Qualifications

• Hands-on general maintenance experience required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC if applicable, and perform interior repairs and painting preferred.
• Computer literacy and ability to communicate clearly in English for all work purposes.
• Must be able to work any assigned shift, including weekends; respond to emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments and respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Perform maintenance tasks and common area upkeep; report concerns for repairs.
• Attend training programs and represent the company professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant housing laws and internal policies.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance programs and on-call duties as required.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use personal devices as required.
