Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multisite Maintenance Technician to support maintenance at two or more apartment communities. You will respond to resident requests, perform make-ready work, and maintain common areas, delivering excellent service and professionalism.

The role requires hands-on experience, the ability to troubleshoot plumbing/electrical/appliances, and a valid driver’s license. Physical work with lifting up to 50 lbs is expected, including weekend shifts and after-hours

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience required.
• Ability to troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC and perform interior repairs and painting preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if operating a vehicle.
• Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
• Able to work all shifts, including weekends.
• Available for after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all market-ready apartments.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Perform general maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; keep free of trash.
• Provide on-call emergency service as required.
• Complete scheduled maintenance programs.
• Follow federal/state housing laws and internal policies.
• Attend training and represent the company professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
