Job summary

You will supervise service staff, coordinate repairs, manage safety compliance, and report to the Property Manager, with a focus on quality, responsiveness, and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience required.
• Residential or commercial property management experience preferred.
• EPA certifications or equivalent may be required within 90 days where applicable.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general repairs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance across two or more Vivmark Residential communities.
• Manage service requests, delegate tasks, and supervise the maintenance team.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance across all sites.
• Oversee inventory, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Prepare weekly/monthly status reports for the Property Manager.
• Maintain high resident satisfaction through timely, courteous service.
