Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in maintenance with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance across multiple properties.
• Schedule tasks and allocate resources to technicians.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and quality.
• Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
• Train, mentor and evaluate maintenance staff.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
• Collaborate with property management on capital projects.
