Job summary

Allied Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (Multisite) to oversee daily maintenance operations across multiple communities, directing the team, coordinating repairs, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring safety and quality standards to provide a high-quality living environment for residents.

The role requires leadership, strong planning and organizational skills, the ability to read technical documents, basic math, and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience supervising a maintenance team.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and technical documents.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned communities to provide maintenance coverage and staff supervision.
• Inspect facilities to determine service needs and staffing requirements.
• Assign tasks, oversee repairs, and secure bids for outside work.
• Direct contracted projects to ensure quality and adherence to specs.
• Purchase supplies and manage department budget.
• Maintain records and prepare cost reports for management.
• Support upkeep including turnover work and safety compliance.
