Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Supervisor to oversee two apartment communities, ensuring safe, efficient operations and cost-effective upkeep. You will lead a maintenance team, manage work orders, and coordinate multi-trade repairs.

The role requires extensive multifamily/hospitality maintenance experience, strong trades expertise, and certification requirements with on-call availability. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years maintenance experience in Multifamily or Hospitality.
• Advanced experience in two or more trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, etc.
• Working knowledge of appliances required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day tasks for two or more apartment communities.
• Set scope, budget tracking, schedule, materials/equipment and vendor management for projects.
• Anticipate problems and implement preventative actions to meet safety/ops standards.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team with scheduling and performance.
• Oversee all maintenance work orders and unit turns with strong customer service.
• Conduct unit inspections and maintain documentation.
• Maintain inventory of basic tools and supplies.
• Pre-diagnose and troubleshoot building systems before repairs.
• Repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, etc.
• Perform on-call service and emergency requests as needed.
