Qualifications

• One-year certificate from a college or technical school or equivalent.
• Experience supervising a maintenance team and coordinating vendors.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned communities to provide maintenance coverage and staff support.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to determine service needs and staffing.
• Assign and oversee tasks; secure bids for outside contractor work as needed.
• Direct contracted projects to ensure quality and compliance.
• Purchase supplies and manage the maintenance budget.
• Maintain records of labor, materials and costs; prepare cost reports.
• Review contractor bids for approval and safety compliance.
• Support property upkeep including cleaning and unit turnovers.
• Participate in meetings and training; address safety concerns.
