Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor to manage day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with company policies and laws at assigned properties. You will lead a maintenance team to meet service requests, perform repairs, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include budgeting input, monitoring timelines, and fostering positive relationships with residents and leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure service requests are completed to standard.
• Review and track service requests; identify chronic maintenance issues.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry and related areas.
• Walk property weekly with leadership to address challenges and operations.
• Promote safety and risk management in accordance with policy and regulations.
