Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Multi-site Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance for two or more properties. You will perform routine mechanical tasks, address resident service requests, and support safe, efficient property operations.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, unit prep for new residents, and supervising vendor work to meet standards and codes. This on-site role requires experience in multifamily maintenance and strong safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-year prior experience in general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, or appliance repair.
• Must be available for emergency on-call, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be customer-service oriented with the ability to interact professionally with residents.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Any other certifications as required by local and state laws.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical maintenance across the property, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and glass replacement.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly using a work order system.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and repair tasks to ensure safe operation.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents with inspections and punch lists.
• Maintain amenity areas, including breezeways and pool areas, through cleaning and minor repairs.
• Inspect work by vendors or contractors for quality and scope.
• Assist in property inspections to identify maintenance needs.
