EyeSouth Partners is seeking a Practice Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations, financial performance, and staff leadership at one or more clinical locations in North Florida. The role focuses on operational excellence, governance, and collaboration with providers and regional leadership to drive growth.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage the revenue cycle, ensure compliance, and partner with HR to develop talent while enhancing patient experience and efficiency across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years healthcare leadership experience.
• Ophthalmology or related industry experience preferred.
• HRIS experience, UKG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for all practice locations.
• Lead staff through hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Manage revenue cycle metrics and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to drive growth.
