Job summary

Refocus Eye Health in the United States is seeking a proactive Multisite Operations Practice Leader to oversee daily operations across multiple locations and drive our strategic vision.

You will manage staff schedules, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with the Medical Director to implement business plans and budget management. Strong EMR experience and outstanding communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in healthcare management or a comparable leadership role.
• Multi-practice management experience strongly preferred.
• 4-year degree from an accredited university is required.
• Proficiency in Windows-based office technologies and EMR systems (Nextech is a significant advantage).
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving abilities, and cross-functional relationship building.

Responsibilities

Our growing ophthalmology group is seeking a results-oriented Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and execute our strategic vision across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities & Leadership:

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily practice operations, ensuring efficient workflows and strict adherence to healthcare regulations.
• Team Leadership & Development: Manage staff schedules, resolve interpersonal issues, and foster a positive, high-performance culture.
• Patient Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, ensuring every patient receives a resolution that exceeds expectations.
• Strategic Implementation: Partner with the Operations Team and Medical Director to develop and execute business plans that drive growth. Budget management.
• Resource Management: Monitor equipment needs, manage procurement, and oversee IT/EMR system health.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous standards for regulatory compliance and clinical quality assurance.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Marketing, HR, Billing to ensure seamless company-wide processes. Oversee and manage multi-site physician schedules and relationships.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in healthcare management or a comparable leadership role, multi practice management strongly preferred.
• Education: 4-year degree from an accredited university required.
• Technology: Proficiency in Windows-based office technologies and EMR systems (experience with Nextech is a significant advantage).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving abilities, and a talent for building cross-functional relationships.

Great to have:

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record in multi-site clinical management.
• Experience managing an ASC
