Refocus Eye Health in the United States is seeking a proactive Multisite Operations Practice Leader to oversee daily operations across multiple locations and drive our strategic vision.

You will manage staff schedules, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with the Medical Director to implement business plans and budget management. Strong EMR experience and outstanding communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in healthcare management or a comparable leadership role.
• Multi-practice management experience strongly preferred.
• 4-year degree from an accredited university is required.
• Proficiency in Windows-based office technologies and EMR systems (Nextech is a significant advantage).
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving abilities, and cross-functional relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily practice operations across multiple locations.
• Manage staff schedules and resolve interpersonal issues.
• Serve as primary contact for patient inquiries and ensure resolutions.
• Partner with Operations Team and Medical Director to develop and execute business plans and budgets.
• Monitor equipment needs, procurement, and IT/EMR system health.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and clinical quality assurance.
• Coordinate with Marketing, HR, Billing to ensure seamless cross-functional processes and multi-site schedules.
