Job summary

Technology Recruiting Solutions is seeking an experienced Practice Administrator to lead a growing multi-location specialty medical practice in Sarasota, FL. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong business acumen, and the ability to align clinical and administrative teams across four locations and 45 employees to deliver excellent patient care and compliant operations.

Ideal candidates will have ophthalmology or related experience and a proven track record optimizing workflow and patient

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or administrative experience within a physician practice or healthcare organization
• Experience managing employees and multi-location operations
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and implement process improvements
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, compliance and patient service
• Confident, professional leadership style with the ability to work effectively with physicians, employees and patients
• Experience in ophthalmology, retina, oncology or a similar specialty practice is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations across multiple practice locations
• Provide leadership, direction and support to clinical and administrative teams
• Oversee people management, staffing and employee performance
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workflow
• Develop and maintain patient-centered processes that support a high-quality patient experience
• Manage and support practice-wide projects and initiatives
• Maintain high standards for quality and regulatory compliance
• Support marketing and practice growth initiatives
• Partner with physicians and leadership on operational and strategic priorities
• Promote fiscal responsibility and sound business practices throughout the organization
