Job summary

Levenson Eye Associates Inc. is a trusted multi-site ophthalmology practice seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee front desk and medical records operations across three Jacksonville-area sites.

You will lead patient access workflows, registration, scheduling, and insurance verification to ensure a smooth, patient-centered experience. The role focuses on standardizing SOPs, staff development, and cross-department collaboration with physicians and billing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in medical office management or healthcare operations.
• Supervisory experience across multiple locations preferred.
• Strong leadership and performance management skills.
• Healthcare workflow knowledge including patient access, scheduling, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of front desk and medical records across 3 locations.
• Develop and implement standardized SOPs for patient access and medical records.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, and timekeeping; ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with billing, eligibility, and clinical teams to improve patient experience.
