Job summary

EyeCare Partners seeks a Regional Operations Director to lead patient care teams across multiple ophthalmology and optometry practices. You will oversee area administrators, drive clinic operations, and align with strategic growth initiatives in the Florida, Alabama and Texas markets.

The role requires a BS in Business or Healthcare Management, 5+ years in practice management, and strong leadership, financial analytics, and change management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Healthcare Management required, Master’s degree preferred.
• Registered Nurse Preferred.
• 5+ years of practice management experience required.
• Experience in an ophthalmology or optometry practice preferred.
• Experience in a multi-site or regional organization.
• Experience working in a growth-oriented, fast paced environment.
• Proven management, program implementation, and quality improvement skills.
• Proven success growing a healthcare operation with $40M+ annual revenue.
• Proven success in Mergers & Acquisition within healthcare.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Practice Administrators, Managers and staff at Eyecare Partners' ASCs.
• Stay informed on healthcare trends, reimbursement and ophthalmology at national and local levels.
• Develop and implement practice growth strategies.
• Analyze practice financial data and recommend profitability improvements.
• Drive company initiatives and coordinate regional plans with other divisions.
• Integrate newly acquired practices and standardize regional processes.
• Partner with other practices to educate providers on regional services.
• Collaborate with Medical Directors to identify needs and growth opportunities.
