Job summary

US Eye in Florida is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to lead clinical operations across multiple sites. The role focuses on optimizing patient flow, staff performance, and service quality in a fast-paced ophthalmic environment.

You will oversee clinical support teams, coordinate training, and ensure HIPAA compliance while partnering with regional leadership to maintain high patient satisfaction and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in business, healthcare administration or related field.
• High school diploma with experience in healthcare administration or project management.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Office Suite and ability to learn software applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations and clinical support staff of assigned practice(s).
• Ensure smooth operations and communication with providers, staff, and patients and with corporate departments.
• Monitor performance of clinical team for accuracy, efficiency, and patient flow.
• Coordinate and/or facilitate technician training and skill assessments on hire and as required.
• Ensure HIPAA training and compliance, safety policies, and patient privacy; enforce trainings.
