Pride Health is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to support patient care across multiple locations in Montgomery County, MD. This float role involves blood draws, specimen labeling, and ensuring accuracy and safety in processing.

The position is a 3-month contract with possible extension or conversion. It requires strong patient interaction, leadership, and mentoring abilities, with training provided at the Germantown site and travel as needed.

Formación

• Phlebotomy skills and patient-facing experience required.
• Basic medical terminology and specimen handling knowledge.
• Ability to mentor new staff and support workflow improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Draw blood and collect specimens for lab testing.
• Label specimens accurately and ensure proper processing.
• Troubleshoot issues, train staff, and recommend workflow improvements.
• Provide on-site coverage across multiple locations as needed.
• Lead on-site PSR activities and coach teammates.
