Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple physician practices or clinics.
• Strong budgeting and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent communication with staff, providers and admin leadership.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operation of assigned practices.
• Oversees moderate to high complexity clinics and related operations.
• Supervises and coordinates billing, staff and special projects as directed.
• Sets goals, policies and procedures for assigned areas.
• Assists with annual operational planning and budgeting.
• Recruits, trains and supervises clinic personnel.
• Manages work assignments and daily operations across sites.
• Evaluates staff performance and recommends merit actions.
• Conducts hiring interviews and enforces approved policies.
• Works 8AM–5PM, Monday–Friday; Full Time.
