Job summary

UT Health San Antonio is seeking a senior clinical operations leader to oversee a multi-location practice, drive quality outcomes, and ensure patient, staff and physician satisfaction while maintaining strong financial performance. You will supervise staff, assign workflows, and implement policies, coordinating resources and space across sites to meet patient and revenue targets.

This role requires HR experience, strong communication, and fiscal acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Strong HR and supervisory experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in program implementation, operations and fiscal management; attention to detail.
• Ability to prepare, organize and maintain reports and files.
• Strong IT knowledge and EMR experience preferred; physician relations or mediation experience; exposure to billing/data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management to a clinical practice and its day-to-day operations.
• Drive quality clinical outcomes, patient, staff and physician satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Supervise staff, plan workflow, and implement policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative oversight for quality patient services; liaise with patients, staff and administration.
• Plan space allocation and resource utilization across locations.
• Meet patient and revenue targets and analyze activity data to manage controllable costs.
• Interview, hire, train, coach and evaluate employees; perform other duties as assigned.
