Job summary

MediVerticals is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the operational, administrative, and financial performance of multiple clinics in the North Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Based in Denton, the role partners with physicians, front office teams, billing and leadership to optimize scheduling, staff development, patient experience, HIPAA compliance, and revenue cycle processes across several locations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in medical practice management or healthcare operations required.
• Experience managing multi-site medical office operations strongly preferred.
• Revenue cycle management oversight experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical billing workflows, insurance processes, denials management, and accounts receivable.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with EMR systems and practice management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations across multiple locations.
• Lead staff, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure patient experience oversight and staff productivity.
• Support revenue cycle management including insurance verification, authorizations, charges, claims, denials, and collections.
• Monitor operational and financial performance and implement process improvements.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and internal policy compliance.
