Frontier Direct, LLC in the Rio Grande Valley seeks a Practice Operations Manager to lead daily clinic operations across Brownsville, Weslaco and Edinburg. You will supervise APPs and MAs, hire/train staff, and partner with Medical Directors to drive care quality and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on leadership on-site, excellence in scheduling, inventory, and credentialing, and collaboration with HR to manage recruitment and retention across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare operations or clinic management.
• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• Experience managing APPs, MAs, or nurses in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Manage clinic team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance.
• Collaborate with Medical Directors and HR on hiring and retention.
• Coordinate ROI, Population Health and Care Transitions with leadership.
