Job summary
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician, Multifamily (Multisite) to help deliver quality move-ins and resident satisfaction across properties. You will respond to service requests, perform plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general upkeep, and participate in on-call emergencies as needed.
The role requires a valid driver’s license, EPA 608 Type II and CPO (or local equivalent), and at least 1 year of related experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of related maintenance experience.
- Valid driver's license and EPA 608 Type II certification.
- Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry basics.
Responsibilities
- Prepare make-ready apartments including painting and repairs.
- Respond promptly to resident requests with professional attitude.
- Perform maintenance across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
- Maintain grounds and common areas to keep them safe and operational.
- On-call duties for after-hours emergencies.
