Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician, Multifamily (Floating) to support on-site residents with timely, quality service. You will perform make-ready tasks, respond to resident requests, and help deliver a superior move-in experience while maintaining safety and cleanliness across properties.

Must have high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related maintenance experience; valid driver's license and state certifications (EPA 608 Type II) preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II and CPO certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares make ready apartments with painting, repairs and cleaning.
• Responds to resident requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintains grounds, pools, common areas and pet amenities to keep them clean and safe.
• Performs maintenance tasks (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting).
• On-call may be required for after-hours emergencies.
• Reports maintenance concerns to supervisor and performs scheduled duties.
