Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for multifamily properties across multiple sites in Colorado. The role focuses on making ready apartments, general maintenance, and ensuring high resident satisfaction through timely service and professional conduct.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry, with a valid driver's license and EPA 608 Type II certification. On-site work with potential travel between properties is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 1+ year of related maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, carpentry, painting, and seasonal grounds care.

Responsibilities

• Prepares make-ready apartments including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general repairs.
• Responds to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities; ensures safety and cleanliness.
• On-call may be required for after-hours emergencies.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and performs scheduled maintenance.
