Job summary

RADCO Residential is seeking a Multisite Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance across multiple properties in Atlanta. You will lead maintenance teams, implement preventive maintenance, and coordinate with the Property Manager to achieve quality and service goals.

The role emphasizes proactive leadership, strong technical knowledge, and a commitment to safe, well-maintained communities. Expect on-site work with active resident interactions and budget governance.

Qualifications

• HVAC/EPA Type I/II or Universal knowledge is required.
• CPO certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities are essential.
• Ability to read and adhere to budgets and financials.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Broad maintenance expertise across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related trades.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations and company safety policies.
• Proven ability to manage a multi-task, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a preventive maintenance program across properties.
• Recruit, hire, and train maintenance teams; plan coverage and schedules.
• Inspect work and ensure procedures meet standards and budgets.
• Lead and mentor the maintenance team for productivity and success.
• Assist in creating community budgets to forecast operating costs.
• Document performance management activities (1-on-1s, PIPs, promotions, terminations).
• Communicate clearly with residents, vendors, and staff; respond to requests professionally.
