Job summary

RADCO is seeking a skilled maintenance professional with leadership experience to inspire a team and uphold high service standards at our multifamily communities. The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, cost control, and resident satisfaction.

You will recruit and train staff, manage budgets, oversee on-call emergencies, and ensure compliance with safety and housing laws while supporting company objectives and resident needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of multi-family maintenance experience.
• HVAC/EPA Type I and II or Universal refrigerant recycling required.
• CPO certification preferred
• Strong leadership and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of Federal, State and Local Fair Housing laws, OSHA and EPA regulations

Responsibilities

• Build and/or maintain a preventative maintenance program that minimizes emergency repairs and service repairs.
• Recruit, hire, and train maintenance team members.
• Assist in creating community budget to forecast and maintain operational standards; monitor ongoing maintenance expenses against budget.
• Ensure maintenance supplies and materials are stocked and order materials as needed.
• Complete all service requests within 24 hours, unless extra parts or labor are required.
• Read/listen to resident requests and respond in a calm, timely manner.
• Perform on-call emergency service with after-hours response and on-call bonus incentives.
• Demonstrate RADCO’s Caring value by treating residents, vendors, coworkers, and supervisors with respect.
• Travel within local market; personal vehicle may be needed for tasks; carpooling encouraged.
