Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site maintenance staff and porters; schedule work.
• Inspect properties for safety, function, and appearance.
• Track work orders and preventive maintenance using PM software.
• Mentor direct reports and provide performance feedback.
• Coordinate budgets, capital improvements, and major repairs.
• Develop relationships with vendors and obtain bids.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain inventory and assist with after-hours emergencies.
