Avanath Capital Management, LLC is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance across communities and partner with the Community Manager to ensure top-tier resident service. You will manage moves, scheduling, and vendor relations while upholding safety standards and regulatory compliance.

The role requires hands-on maintenance expertise, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Expertise in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, and carpentry work is required.
• HVAC and CPO certifications are highly desired.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Very strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Solid interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must be available for on-call and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and staff.
• Respond to maintenance requests and manage work orders.
• Inspect grounds and facilities for safety and quality.
• Coordinate staff and vendors to complete repairs.
• Maintain records and comply with safety regulations.
• Lead maintenance team and conduct safety meetings.
