Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support multi-location properties in the Prairie Village, KS area. You will handle corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to ensure property standards.

Responsibilities include make-ready tasks, responding to resident requests, pool maintenance, and maintaining logs and safety practices while supporting efficient operations across site locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks including corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work.
• Assist with the make-ready process per the property’s objectives under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly for common areas, buildings and units.
• Maintain safety and organization of the maintenance shop, and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Assist in inventory monitoring and report supply needs.
