Job summary

Prism Real Estate Services, LLC is seeking a Roving Maintenance Technician to provide high-quality maintenance across multiple PRES properties and third-party customers in the Kansas City Metro area. Under the Director of Maintenance, you will ensure timely, consistent, and professional support at each property, with potential to act as Maintenance Supervisor when needed.

The role requires a High School Diploma and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, painting, and general repairs.
• US work authorization (E-Verify)

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Follow safety protocols and established procedures.
• Track time worked accurately and honestly per handbook policies and software.
• Display excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Drive between job sites and operate company vehicles.
