Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in carrying out the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance. Porter is also responsible for the make-ready process under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include on-site maintenance, daily attendance, cleaning and grounds upkeep, responding to work orders, safety compliance, and assisting in preventative maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
