Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in daily maintenance operations and ensure make-ready readiness at the property. You will perform routine and cosmetic tasks under supervision while prioritizing resident comfort and safety.

The role requires on-site attendance, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration with the maintenance team to uphold community standards and timely service responses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills to operate on-site software.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance operations and make-ready processes under supervision.
• Respond to resident requests and manage service orders promptly.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of common areas and grounds.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
• Maintain accurate records and follow Asset Living policies.
