Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support on-site maintenance activities at our community. You will assist in carrying out maintenance processes, including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks under supervision.

The role requires regular on-site work, strong customer service, and adherence to safety standards, with on-call emergencies possible. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance and make-ready tasks under supervision.
• Carry out corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Maintain grounds, buildings, and common areas; clean and trash removal.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
