Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support our on-site maintenance team at a Kerrville community. The role includes general maintenance, grounds upkeep, and assist in make-ready tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will respond to resident requests promptly, help maintain safety standards, and participate in on-call emergencies. A High School Diploma and basic computer skills are required; OSHA and Fair Housing knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks for the property under supervision.
• Maintain grounds, buildings, and common areas daily.
• Respond to service requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and safety programs.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
• Communicate with residents to provide excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies.
• Assist in inspections of units and common areas.
