Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in maintenance across our property. The role covers cleaning, routine and preventive maintenance, and timely responses to resident requests under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include daily site care, safety compliance, and support in performing make-ready tasks to meet property objectives. High school diploma required with basic software and OSHA awareness.

• On-site software functions knowledge.
• Fair Housing Laws & OSHA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks.
• Perform on-call maintenance at the community as required.
• Maintain grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas in clean, safe condition.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Support in inspections and ensure timely repairs or replacements.
• Follow safety guidelines and asset key policy.
