Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in maintenance at the property, covering corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks under supervision. Responsibilities include community upkeep, responding to resident requests, and supporting the Maintenance Supervisor.

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance and upkeep of grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and safety compliance.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and follow safety protocols.
• Support on-call emergencies at the community.
• Ensure repairs and replacements are completed timely.
