Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an on-site maintenance supervisor to oversee 3+ communities totaling 500+ units. You will manage work orders, supervise HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and budget alignment across grounds, amenities, and common areas.

You will develop scopes of work, review vendor performance, and assist capital projects as needed, while maintaining high Greystar standards and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial/residential property maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues.
• Strong leadership of on-site maintenance staff and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage completion of work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep within budget.
• Lead on-site maintenance staff across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and exterior structures.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
