Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Multi-site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance at two or more properties. You will manage a hands-on team, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and timely service across communities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in multifamily maintenance and at least 1 year in supervision, with HVAC/plumbing expertise and a valid driver’s license. Excellent customer service and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in multifamily property maintenance.
• At least one year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• EPA Universal or HVAC certification.
• Proficiency with property management software and maintenance ticketing systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and provide guidance to the maintenance team.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to plumbing, HVAC, electrical, appliances, carpentry.
• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders per standards.
• Oversee make-ready process including inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, quality checks.
• Ensure common areas are clean, safe, and visually appealing.
• Schedule and supervise in-house maintenance and contractor work.
• Perform monthly preventative maintenance per policies.
• Maintain inventory and order materials within budget.
• Ensure safety with regular meetings, MSDS, OSHA compliance.
• Inspect staff/vendor work for quality and compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service addressing resident concerns.
