Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Dual-Site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform technical and mechanical work across communities. The role ensures cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and amenities, aligning with Greystar standards.

The position requires 3–5 years in property management maintenance, tools, and strong customer service. On-site duties include managing make-ready, vendor coordination, safety compliance, and budget support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related training.
• Experience in property management maintenance.
• Own hand tools and ability to use power tools safely.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal.

Responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders from residents and perform routine upkeep.
• Oversee make-ready process to prepare vacants for leasing and move-ins.
• Inspect work and coordinate vendors/contractors to ensure quality.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies and assist budget planning.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance with OSHA and safety laws.
• Provide good customer service and respond promptly to inquiries and issues.
