Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across communities. You will lead maintenance staff, coordinate work orders, ensure safety compliance, and uphold quality in common areas and units.

The role requires regular onsite presence and collaboration with the Community Manager to manage vendors and budgets. The candidate will supervise, train, and schedule maintenance activities, perform inspections, and participate in on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC experience desired.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software systems.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance operations and staff.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs/replacements for common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and features daily for hazards.
• Manage maintenance inventory and budget under Community Manager guidance.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and safe shop practices.
• Lead on-call emergency responses and coordinate with vendors.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

EPA & CPO certification

HVAC certification desired

Basic computer skills
