Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across communities, ensure safety compliance, manage staff and vendors, handle work orders, and maintain records. On-site presence is required with occasional on-call emergencies and coordination with the Community Manager.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, budgeting for supplies, and ensuring high-quality repairs in common areas and units while upholding OSHA and Fair Housing standards.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Maintenance management and daily on-site attendance.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards.
• Manage and order maintenance supplies inventory while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program that extends asset life and minimizes future repairs.
• Supervise maintenance staff and on-call emergencies; provide training and direction.
• Monitor service request turnaround and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
