Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, coordinating staff and vendors to ensure timely, safe, and quality repairs. The role emphasizes on-site presence, adherence to safety standards, and active resident relations.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance planning, unit make-ready coordination, and maintaining accurate maintenance records while working with the Community Manager on staffing and budget guidelines.

Formación

• Maintenance experience across multifamily properties is expected.
• Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to perform on-site software functions and basic computer tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Manage maintenance operations and service requests to uphold property standards.
• Supervise maintenance staff and external vendors; ensure timely completion of work.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance across all community activities.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and units daily to identify hazards and necessary repairs.
• Maintain inventory, budget adherence and a preventative maintenance program.
• Coordinate with Community Manager for make-ready processes and inspections.
