Job summary

Allied Residential, Inc. is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to engage prospective residents, showcase available apartments across multiple communities, and guide applicants through the leasing process.

You will help create an exceptional resident experience and support occupancy goals through proactive outreach. This on-site role requires strong communication, basic math, and proficiency with Office 365 and Yardi.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Yardi or similar property-management software.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned communities to provide leasing coverage as needed.
• Greet prospective residents, assess housing needs, and qualify applicants.
• Conduct property tours, highlighting apartment features, layouts, and amenities.
• Provide information about local schools, shopping, recreation, and transportation.
• Prepare and process lease agreements, collect deposits, and ensure documentation is complete.
• Monitor property conditions and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Maintain updated listings and create engaging advertisements to promote vacancies.
• Participate in team meetings and training for development.
