Vivmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Associate to promote our brand and coordinate onsite presence at assigned properties. You will manage leads with our CRM, assist residents with payments, and help close leases using effective selling techniques.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and weekend availability. You will support marketing efforts, coordinate events, and ensure compliance with housing laws while delivering professional service to prospective

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• English communication skills required for all work-related purposes.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation when operating a vehicle.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Promotes Vivmark Residential's brand.
• Coordinates onsite schedule at properties based on occupancy goals.
• Manages leads and customer experience using the CRM.
• Completes CRM tasks in a timely manner.
• Promotes communities based on residents' needs.
• Manages tour schedules and path daily.
• Uses effective selling techniques to close sales.
• Cross-sells within and across communities to meet resident needs.
• Maintains knowledge of community features and offerings.
• Supports marketing efforts and resident events.
• Monitors local market trends for occupancy planning.
• Provides leadership to Leasing Consultants.
• Assists residents with payments and account inquiries.
• Communicates with service teams and residents effectively.
• Coordinates and supports resident events, including evenings/weekends.
• Prepares leasing documents and move-in files.
• Ensures compliance with fair housing and landlord/tenant laws.
• Represents the company professionally at all times.
