Zusammenfassung

Vivmark Residential, owner, developer and manager of more than 180,000 apartment homes, seeks a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to promote the brand across assigned communities and achieve maximum occupancy.

Reporting to the Community Manager or Area Sales Manager, you will manage tours, leads, CRM tasks, and leasing documentation while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining market knowledge. Some evenings and weekends may be required to support events and occupancy goals.

Qualifikationen

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation may be required for vehicle operation.
• Computer literacy and effective written and oral English communication.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Aufgaben

• Promotes Vivmark Residential’s brand.
• Coordinates schedule for dedicated on-site presence at properties.
• Proactively manages leads and CRM tasks.
• Completes CRM tasks within required time frames.
• Promotes communities based on resident needs.
• Manages tour schedules and systems.
• Inspects the community-ready product and tour path.
• Uses selling techniques to close sales.
• Cross-sells within communities and sister properties.
• Maintains knowledge of all aspects of the community.
• Supports marketing efforts and monitors trends.
• Provides leadership to Leasing Consultants.
• Assists residents with payment and account inquiries.
• Coordinates and supports resident events as directed.
